Lydo's Lab Scout Team was created to bridge a gap between elite player development and high-level exposure. Born out of the culture and training foundation of The Lab, our scout team is built of athletes who want to compete at the highest level; those who embrace the grind, lead with character, and represent what it means to be a complete athlete. 

The roster is carefully selected to showcase Oregon based talent. Through partnerships with coaches and scouts across the country, our athletes gain access to college and professional exposure opportunities, national tournaments, and a 9 month performance program. 

This isn't your typical travel team. Our players train, compete, and advance under one philosophy: Work Harder, Compete Smarter, and Stay Loyal to the Process. 

We are changing the standard of what an organizaton can be; where athletes don't just get seen, they get better in the process.
